“ We had a great meal at Totos. I cant believe I lived in Massapequa 30 years and didnt realize the Jones Beach Hotel had a restaurant. Id like to say I know great food and I believe they did the best job to give us a great dining experience. The drinks were awesome especially the espresso martini. They gave us complimentary liqueur with dessert. I would highly recommend. ”

“ First time at Totos. We were impressed by the service as we walked in. The bartender Koka, was great and very pleasant. The owner came over to us and talked to us a bit. When we were seated the great service didnt stop. They asked us if we wanted drinks and poured us water. Appetizers and meals came out in a timely fashion. I had the bone in Rib eye which was cooked perfectly and delicious. My better half had the Veal dish. It was also very flavorful and tender. Beautiful ambiance, with a single singer who was singing at a nice sound level. Not overbearing. I highly recommend ”

“ This place is a must if youre in the area. The food and service were fantastic. The ambiance is quaint cozy with an old feel. The service was fantastic. We went on a Friday night and they had live music. We were not rushed one bit. The apps, drinks, and wine list were also great. We had the Totos salad, the shrimp with blue cheese cant recall the name app and the octopus. All were fantastic. I had the spinach fettuccine with seafood and marinara. The sea food was all cooked perfectly. My family has the steak for two with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. We really enjoyed our food and our experience here. Would highly recommend. ”

The homemade infused color changing gin is my favorite cocktail!!This place is top shelf from the food to the service! Shimi Tony took great care of me I cant wait to go back!! The Veal in cognac sauce was beautiful bursting with flavor so was the saltimbocca!!! ”

“ Came here for dinner on a Saturday for my birthday with a party of 9. The place is a little on the smaller side, so I would recommend reservations, especially if you have a larger party. Small size aside the place is incredibly cozy and well decorated for the holidays. There was even some live entertainment that showed up to perform songs who was great. What youre really here for though is the food. I had the TBone which is delivered on a sizzling plate for some fanfare, but optics aside it was cooked perfectly and delicious. We also split sides of mashed potatoes, broccoli Rabe heavy on the garlic but I like it that way, creamed spinach, and fries, which were all delicious, the creamed spinach likely being the tables favorite. One thing to note, the regular entrees come with sides of potatoes and vegetables! But the steaks do not, so we did wind up over ordering a bit. The rest of my party had the shrimp scampi, chicken francaise, veal picatta, papradelle bolognese, the bronzino, and a short rib special all of which was met with delight. Lastly for dessert we had tried the carrot cake, cheese cake, and lava cake, which are slices plenty enough to split for two, and these were just as fresh and delectable as the entrees. On top of the great food, what really stood out to me was the service. I regret not getting our waiters name, but he was tremoundous, as were the rest of the staff. They were able to accommodate for my picky nephews with a smaller steak and chicken fingers, even though they have no explicit kids menu. On top of that, they were attentive, charismatic, helpful with suggestions. Attached parking lot can be a little tight, so be careful when maneuvering, but you shouldnt have a problem finding a spot. Im always happy to try more local places and this one really shines in my eyes, Id be happy to come back here anytime, especially if youre looking for a nicer sort of date night spot. ”

Do not expect fancy decor or Instagram worthy ambience, but if you want a delicious meal and great cocktail you have arrived to the right place. We went for lunch so it was pretty quiet and the service was pretty quick due to this. The menu prices were reasonable as well! ”
